Giving In

Here I am, at last. I'm not sure how long this will continue, or who will even read it, but "Hello internet, hear me roar!" I tend to follow internet trends several years after they've become the norm. Facebook only lured me in when I was about to graduate college and thought "Oh, dear. All my friends are moving to different states, how will I ever keep up with them?" The answer was: become addicted to the social networking king. Currently I'm resisting Twitter, partly because I think its even more obsessive than FB, partly because I don't quite get it. There may certainly come a day where I'll love it too, but not yet - not until I put it off a little more. First, I thought, I've been resisting the blogosphere long enough, it's time to give in.

And sweet pink hope was born. There is no deep significance to those three words strung together. They are my three favorite simple words. For those of you who know me, that won't surprise you much. Perhaps more on that another time. For now, dinner doesn't cook itself... (though if you ever figure that one out, please let me be the first to know!)
