Hometown Glory

Today was the most beautiful day I think Blacksburg has seen in years so I took advantage of being in town to practice my outdoor landmark photography skills. Do me a favor though, please listen to this song while you look at my newest photos, I had it stuck in my head the whole time I wandered around the Drillfield today. I was a bit enamored with the clouds and the flag, as you probably figured out (I blame the 4th of July right around the corner)



These next two are not from the Drillfield, but when I was driving around the Duck Pond looking for parking (which I never found) I ran into this view and couldn't resist pulling into a Fac/Staff parking lot to get a couple (most of which didn't turn out)
